Heather brings 8+ years of experience to the table. played goalkeeper for 4 years at the university of dayton. has worked with some of the top athletes in southern california, multiple special populations, and worked for one of the number one fitness brands, equinox, for over a year. she attends 30+ hours of continuing education each year, keeping herself educated in what is the best for clients.
Dr. Lindsey Vrabel, DPT

Dr. Vrabel brings 13+ years of experience in pittsburgh orthopedic outpatient clinics, where she gained skills in sports medicine and pediatric PT. being a ex-gymnast herself she understands the needs and VULNERABILITY of being a youth athlete. she has an extensive background in spine and sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction, as well as hip pathology. Currently Dr. Vrabel is pursuing her certification in orthopedic manual therapy.
Her goal is REHABILITATING athletes so that they recover faster, stronger, and without need for surgical intervention.
